Secluded villa in own grounds with pool

A secluded and traditional country villa with pool in its own grounds of about 2 acres on the outskirts of village of Casarabonela and about 45 km (30 miles) from Malaga airport. Los Olivares is approached via an old country lane off the main road to Casarabonela. The has its own double gates and private drive and the villa is situated in a large olive orchard with lemons, orange, figs, nuts & pomegranate trees. In the summer the front terrace is covered in grapevines, providing a welcome area of shade from the heat of the sun. The terrace has a large Spanish style built in barbecue and a lovely long tiled table and chairs, to enjoy your food and wine. Casarabonela is a pretty, white washed mountain village with shops, bars and restaurants with a weekly market. The beaches of Torremolinos, Fuengirola and Marbella to the South are 30, 45 and 55 minutes drive away respectively. The picturesque lakes with restaurants, water sports to the North are 30 minutes drive away

The Los Olivares villa is in a secluded location on the edge of the village of Casarabonela, which is a typical white washed village in a pleasant rural and unspoilt part of Spain. It is well served by good roads and Malaga airport is only 30 minutes away . It is ideally situated with the lakes to the north and the beaches on the Costas and golf courses to the south. There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket in the village. There is a weekly market and festivals thoughout the year. A new swimming complex and oasis has been built in the village. The Towns of Alora and Ronda are a few miles away. This is a region with history and a prominent feature is an ancient roman lookout at the top of the village.

Cleaning/ breakages deposit 300 euros to be left with agent on collecting the keys { without the deposit you will not recieve the keys} Refunded to you within 2 weeks after your holiday in stirling, less 50 euros for final cleaning
  • Electricity , sheets and pool maintenance included.
  • Any agents fees incurred by customers (if being met at the airport is required or other use etc) must be paid directly to the agents. Agent is closed Saturdays and Sunday, but will open for clients arriving Saturday morning before 12 o clock a fee of 20 euros is required for this service.
