The 16 acre property offers 2 self catering, 2 bed roomed pool side casitas (villas) which can sleep between 4-6 people each. In addition there is a one bed roomed self catering apartment which can sleep 2-4 people. The casitas surround a stunning 50sq metre pool that features a secure shallow area where children can play safely. There is a large sun terrace surrounding the pool where guests can relax and enjoy views of the surrounding hills. Each casita has its own shaded terrace with barbecue. Other facilities available to guests include, mountain bikes, children's activity play area, and nature walks around the property.

Both Casitas are identical. Both are situated on a raised plateau which provides panoramic views of the beautiful Andalucian countryside. The Casitas surround an absolutely beautiful 10 metre by 5 metre swimming pool which has an enclosed shallow area where children can play safely. Each Casita has a private covered BBQ area. There is a separate children's playground, where you will find a climbing frame, swings, slide and a sandpit. Each Casita has two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a living area. In the living area there is a sofabed. The kitchen contains a four ring hob, microwave with grill, fridge, and a full range of kitchen equipment. .

Notes to the rental rates

• A 20% deposit is required at time of booking. The final payment is required 6 weeks prior to arrival.
  
• Prices are per week based on 4 sharing. For more than 4 people to be accommodated there will be a surcharge, per person, of 100 euros per week or 20 euros per night.
  
• If both casitas are booked by the same party, then there is a 100 euro discount per casita.
  During the months of July and August our bookings run from Saturday to Saturday.

In order to ensure that guests get the most from their stay a wide variety of services are available. These include:- Airport meet and greet. An initial welcome pack ensuring guests have some provisions on arrival. Parents special:- 1 night per week courtesy babysitting and drop off and pickup at local restaurant. Guided mountain biking or hiking treks, either locally or in the Alpajarras. Skiing trips to Europe's most southerly ski resort (a 2 hour drive away and available between January and April). Horse riding trips can be arranged for guests with a local stable. Golf course booking - we are happy to plan and book golfing weeks/days at a variety of local courses. Excursions to local places of interest. Quad biking around the El Chorro area. Coarse fishing at a nearby lake. Appointments can be made at the local Holistic Health Retreat Centre just a 5 minute walk away, for Osteopathy, Massage, Acupuncture, Homoeopathy and Shiatsu.

Skiing Information:

The Spanish Resorts in the Sierra Neveda are a mere one and a half hour drive away.

Golf Information:

There are over 50 golf courses available within one hour drive.
