Andalucia is Spain’s most beautiful region, offering something for everyone throughout the year. The small but lively town of Álora, just 5 minutes drive away, is a typical example of an Andalucian pueblo blanco (white town) with its whitewashed houses and narrow cobbled streets. It is nestled between three rocky spurs topped by the ruins of a magnificent castle. It also all the necessary amenities (cafes, bars, restaurants & tapas bars, supermarket, banks etc) as well as a Monday market selling local produce. Malaga is just 30 minutes drive and the villa is also within easy reach of Alora rail station providing quick, reliable & inexpensive direct access to Malaga, the coastal resorts as well as inland for onward connections across Spain.

    Please note that in order to secure your preferred week/s, a 30% non refundable deposit of the total rental amount is required at time of booking. The remaining balance (70%) is due 8 weeks prior to departure. This is non refundable once payment has been made. A damage deposit of £150 is also required with the payment of the balance. This is refundable on return of the villa keys, assuming that no breakages or damage has occurred.

Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor. It overlooks the ground floor covered terrace and has an en-suite toilet, basin & shower enclosure. All bedrooms are well appointed & spacious with built-in wardrobes & ample room for storage.

Other activities: The sheer cliffs of El Chorro are just a 10 minute drive away and offer a world-class location for climbing, caving and other outdoor pursuits. Sevilla, the capital city of Andalucia, with its streets lined with orange trees and wonderful world of genuine gypsy flamenco lies makes for a perfect day trip. Also within easy reach of the villa is Granada and the Alhambra, a superb example of Moorish architecture and exquisite gardens and Ronda, which straddles a spectacular gorge and is home to the oldest bullring in Spain. The Costa del Sol stretches for 160 kilometres to the east and west of Malaga. It offers magnificent beaches catering for sun 'soakers', water sports enthusiasts and naturists.

Access: The Villa is just 30 minutes drive from Malaga. Several airlines, including Easyjet, fly daily and direct to Malaga airport from a number of UK airports. Granada airport is less than 90 minutes drive. Car hire is essential. Details of a tried and tested supplier at Malaga airport will be provided on booking. All I can say is WOW! The setting was amazing, near El Chorro and the lemons were amazing (Oranges weren't ripe yet)! This was a holiday we all enjoyed, and We were able to go to Ronda, Malaga, Granada, Cordoba and Marbella in that week. Alora was very pretty and our only regret was that we couldn't book it for two weeks. Thank you for a magnificent holiday!
