Villa Royal is on the beach side of town, on a private road away from the bustle. Royal Beach is just a minute walk away. All local services are a 5 minute walk or 2 minute car journey, including many shops and restaurants. The area is host to over 30 golf courses, all within a short drive. Calahonda lies between the towns of Marbella and Fuengirola on the Costa del Sol, Andalucia, Spain. Its nearest airport is Malaga, a 20 minute drive away. Just a couple of kilometres along the road is Puerto Cabopino, which is a picturesque port on the Costa and is a popular venue for tourists who want to enjoy a good meal before taking a walk along its sandy beaches. There are many popular restaurants, such as Alberts and Giuseppes Pizzeria which are located here
