Fabulous outside facilities:
The pool measures 8m by 4m and has steps into the shallow end. A hoist for wheelchair users has been installed for those with walking difficulties. There is also a poolside shower and children’s water slide. Along the length of the villa is a superb shaded patio, where there is some extra seating for you to relax in comfort, and a large covered barbecue/outside kitchen with double gas cooker and an additional fridge/freezer. Within the grounds are around 40 various fruit trees, which you are welcome to pick and enjoy. At the rear of the villa there are stairs leading to a roof terrace, from where you can soak up the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside - again, for your peace of mind, there is a gate to stop young children climbing the stairs. The washing machine is housed to the rear of the property.
Wheelchair friendly:
One of the new shower rooms has been specially designed to suit wheelchair users, and access all around the property is on the flat. Please email us for further details. A special hoist is also available for those with walking difficulties to allow easy access to the pool.
Walking distance to Restaurants:
As the villa has its own private pool, gardens and barbecue area, it is ideally suited for a family with children or mixed age groups. It is also within a healthy walk of a local venta (bar/restaurant) and a few other bars and a small supermarket in the village of Villafranco. However, a car is essential to access the local towns and a whole variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants - about 10 minutes away. Ideally placed to use the nearby local golf courses - such as Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf - and centrally situated for touring. Coastal resorts are also within easy reach - Fuengirola is some 40 minutes drive away and Marbella 35 minutes. Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are about a two and a half hour drive as are the skiing resorts of the Sierra Nevadas.
