Villa Victoria sleeps six to nine people with ease, having two double bedrooms (both ensuite), one twin room, plus a large sprung double sofa bed and single guest bed in one of the two living rooms. The main living room with open-plan kitchen and dining area has two large comfortable sofas and a fireplace for those holidaying in the cooler months. There is one full bathroom and one of the ensuite shower rooms has been designed for wheelchair access. The fenced-off pool (which can be heated) is also fitted with a hoist for invalid use. The stylish new kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer etc. For your entertainment there is a 29in satellite TV, CD/DVD player, a portable CD player/radio and a video player. Also has broadband internet access. Outside there is a huge barbecue/summer kitchen and a games area offering darts, table football, ping pong and professional pool table (1 euro per game). Full air-conditioning/heating.

Villa Victoria is just outside the traditional farming hamlet of Villafranco, some 40 minutes' drive west of Málaga airport and only a short (10 minute) drive to the local town of Coín and a host of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Villafranco is within a healthy walk of the villa, and has one supermarket and a couple of bars/restaurants. There are further 'ventas' (roadside bars) in the vicinity. It is only some 30 minutes' drive down to the coast (Marbella area), and there is no shortage of places to visit and explore - for example, Seville, Cordoba, Ronda and Granada are all within striking distance for day trips.

Fabulous outside facilities: The pool measures 8m by 4m and has steps into the shallow end. A hoist for wheelchair users has been installed for those with walking difficulties. There is also a poolside shower and children’s water slide. Along the length of the villa is a superb shaded patio, where there is some extra seating for you to relax in comfort, and a large covered barbecue/outside kitchen with double gas cooker and an additional fridge/freezer. Within the grounds are around 40 various fruit trees, which you are welcome to pick and enjoy. At the rear of the villa there are stairs leading to a roof terrace, from where you can soak up the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside - again, for your peace of mind, there is a gate to stop young children climbing the stairs. The washing machine is housed to the rear of the property.

Wheelchair friendly: One of the new shower rooms has been specially designed to suit wheelchair users, and access all around the property is on the flat. Please email us for further details. A special hoist is also available for those with walking difficulties to allow easy access to the pool.

Walking distance to Restaurants: As the villa has its own private pool, gardens and barbecue area, it is ideally suited for a family with children or mixed age groups. It is also within a healthy walk of a local venta (bar/restaurant) and a few other bars and a small supermarket in the village of Villafranco. However, a car is essential to access the local towns and a whole variety of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants - about 10 minutes away. Ideally placed to use the nearby local golf courses - such as Alhaurin Golf and Lauro Golf - and centrally situated for touring. Coastal resorts are also within easy reach - Fuengirola is some 40 minutes drive away and Marbella 35 minutes. Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada are about a two and a half hour drive as are the skiing resorts of the Sierra Nevadas.

Fabulous Villa Victoria !!

Just finished an Easter break at Villa Victoria lasting 12 days which was great for Mum and Dad and for 14 and 11 year old daughters. Villa is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Coin in the small hamlet of Villafranco so car essential. Directions were good and accessing keys etc managed very smoothly. Woke up on morning one to fresh oranges from the garden which I'll never match in a supermarket!! Temperatures great at this time of year albeit a warm top required for the evenings!
The villa was well presented, clean and spacious and everything worked well including the wireless internet link for the kids laptops. The games area provided plenty of entertainment but the football game is getting a bit old and tired!! Some great day trips to be had from Villafranco to the wonderful Andalucian mountains. Restaurants in Coin were really good value with a cracking little Pizza house in the corner of the square where the large church is - less then 50 Euros for 7 of us!!!!
All in all a top rate and relaxing holiday and I would certainly recommend Villa Victoria to other travellers - well done to the owners!!

Excellent property. Lovely outside space with a good swimming pool. Inside facilities are also excellent with plenty of cooking equipment, glasses etc. Convenient for airport and visiting inland Spain. All the family loved it
