Within its 30000 sqm compound, Casa de la Pradera's heated pool has a telescopic sliding roof and diving board. There is a outdoor jacuzzi, games area including pool table and table tennis table, 2 large patios with barbecue, extensive gardens and stunning views of the Guadalhorce valley. Perfect for large family reunions, the property sleeps up to 20 comprising of 8 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms including 2 with full size baths, spacious sitting room, family room, fully fitted rustic style kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room, satellite TV, air conditioning, American style fridge freezer and fan assisted oven. Disabled facilities include bath lift and raised toilet and the property is without stairs being situated entirely on ground level.

Excellent villa for large group family/friends

We have just arrived back from this villa at the end of July and had an absolutely great time.
The villa is excellent, especially if you have 2 groups of people staying together, 1 group can stay in the cottage, and the other the villa.
Everything was at the villa, the pool was fantastic, and even had lilos/armbands for kids etc, the pool table, table tennis table and jacuzzi were all used and enjoyed thoroughly.
We definately will be returning to the villa in the future.
You do definately need to hire a car as the villa is set on it's own, and quite a distance, if you walked, to the nearby shopping mall. We struggled to hire a car before we left the u.k, but Daniel who was excellent looking after the villa and us, soon jumped to action and kindly found us a car to hire locally.
All in all, 10/10, great holiday, fantastic weather as sheltered by mountains.

Beautiful Villa - Excellent value for money!

If four-and-a-half was an option this villa would certainly have got it!
We were a group of 11 friends staying for a week in July. The villa was more than big enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is plenty of space outside to enjoy the glorious weather by the (large) pool, and also the jacuzzi, table tennis table and pool table to keep people entertained. The living room could comfortably sit 12 and there are tables and chairs to enjoy a bbq outside for more. Almost all the rooms are air conditioned so there is no need to worry about uncomfortable heat indoors. There are very few surrounding buildings giving a completely private and peaceful setting for the villa.
The owner of the villa is extremely helpful and lives 2 minutes away if you have any problems. Cars are definitely recommended for this villa. A 10 minute drive will get you into Coin, which has everything you need including a supermarket, cinema and plenty of restaurants. There are plenty of beaches to chose from 30-40 minutes away.
The only disadvantages of the villa were the large amount of wasps and ants around. However, we were only stung once and the landlord extinguished most of the ants after the first night.
Overall I would definitely recommend this villa for its size, value for money, extremely helpful owner, comfort, cleanliness and the beautiful setting in which it is situated.
