An attactive modern villa with panoramic views facing south, set about 600 meters above sea level. The villa has a private drive and a large patio with a large pool and built barbeque. Internally the villa offers spacious accommodation with a large lounge/dinner and an American style fully fitted kitchen. There are three large bedrooms, two with twin beds and the third with double bed with an ensuit shower room. There is a seperate large bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free Air Sky TV is provided with most main English channels available as well as a DVD/VD player.

The Villa is situated about 4 Km from the village of Competa, on a quiet hillside approximately 100 metres off the Torrex road (MA-102) and 12 Km from the coast. Close by approximately 2 km is the National Park. Competa is one of the most attractive whitewashed villages in Andalucia, set approximately 600 metres above sea level in the foothills of the Sierra Almijara. The village remains intrinsically Spanish and has a variety of excellent restaurants and shops.
