Privately owned villa in Competa offering the most stunning location and views available. Only 2km from the the town, Julianna provides you with privacy, a magnificant swimming pool, a location at the edge of the National Park, yet easy access to Competa. You can enjoy the town with its excellent choice of restaurants, street side cafes and bars while retaining the ability to retreat back to the quiet privacy of the rural location. The property is detached and occupies a large plot. There are two large double bedrooms, a single bedroom, large comfortable lounge/dining room, bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. The villa has been built to a traditional Spanish design providing an outside courtyard ideal for eating al fresco. It is set amongst similar quality properties and is not part of a complex. The villa benefits from a large terrace Cele Fernandez built swimming pool to the front with further large terrace to the west side . Loungers, tables & chairs are provided for your comfort.

Competa is located in Andalucia Andalusia, approximately 20 minutes drive inland from the coast. A beautiful whitewashed village, a maze of flower filled streets with a surprisingly large selection of shops bars and restaurants. The narrow cobble stone streets make it a virtual traffic free zone. The nearest well-known beach location coastal town is Nerja situated approx 10 miles away. Nerja is known for its balcon de Europa. An immense variety of spectacular walks iawait you in the National park to which you have immediate access. Approx 2 hours drive from Granada,the Alhambra and nearby ski resort of Sierra Nevada and the same to Seville. You could ski in the morning and go to the beach in the afternoon. Golf is available 25 min utes drive away and tennis facilities can be accessed in Competa. Horse riding with English speaking instructors can be arranged and the surrounding area is regarded as amongst the best in Europe for mountain biking.

Guests will be asked to leave a breakages deposit of £150 at point of booking which will be returned at the end of the holiday. Minor breakages such as a plate would normally be absorbed although the cost of damage to fixtures and fittings would be deductable.

The Master bedroom is shown here although all rooms have high ceilings and traditional beams. Each room has a large 3-speed fan for the summer months and electric heating for the winter.
