There are 28 extra photographs available direct from the owner. They can be e-mailed to you on request.They show the inside of the property and the areas that are not in the main photographs. Furthermore there many of the outside and the immediate area.In the living room there is a television,with freeview,and a DVD,plenty of books,a CD player and DVDs..All rooms including corridors and bathrooms have heaters.The air conditioning units are also heaters.In addition there is a large open wood burning fire in the living room.
The swimming pool has four entry points with gates that can be locked.The pool is cleaned regularly.The large lawn area is also gated.There is baby equipement in Villa and it is 'toddler' friendly.
There are two resturants within walking of the Villa.Frigiliana has many shops including a 'mini' supermarket,resturants,banks etc.In Nerja there are three large supermarkets with ample parking.
Frigiliana and Nerja:
The famous mountain village of Frigiliana with its narrow cobbled streets, shops, bistros and whitewashed houses is only 2.5 km away. The village has been awarded the title of the prettiest village in Spain several times.It has been inhabited by numerous civilisations from the Phoenicians and Romans to the Arabs,who had the greatest impact on the village's developement.During the Christain reconquest,Frigiliana was the site of numerous battles cumlminating in the famous battle of the Rock of Frigiliana in 1569 which ended in the complete explusion of the Moorish people.The town of Nerja is 10km away with its 5 family friendly beaches, beach restaurants and water sports facilities. There is the famous Balcon de Europa over looking the sea and a wide range of shops and restaurants. It has winding streets with attractive squares, cafes, shops, banks, tapas bars and discos. The Nerja area boasts the best climate in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine a year.
Local facilities:
There are 3 golf courses to choose from, one only a 20 mins drive. One of the main attractions are the caves with the longest stalactites in the world in the village of Maro, a 5 mins drive from Nerja. Snow skiing at Sierra Nevada is 1.45hr away.There is a large Water Park in Almunecar a 35 minute drive away.Nerja boasts over 400 resturants !! The Balcon de Europa in Nerja is a magnificent promenade that was made famous by King Alfonso X11.Many people from all over Andulcia come to visit Frigiliana due to its beauty,tapas bars and varied restaurants.Only a short stroll from Villa Cereza there is a restaurant which has Flamenco shows twice a week.For the more adventurous the City of Malaga is only 45 minutes drive or 1.5 hours by bus.The old part of the City is impressive where the Picasso museum is not to be missed.
