Andalucian-styled beach villa with panoramic sea and coastal views in Casares literally steps from the beach and five minutes to the nearest golf course. It has its own private sun drenched garden and a large private roof terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing, both with barbeques. The villa is set amidst sub-tropical gardens with swimming pools, tennis courts, a basketball court and a football pitch.It has satelitte TV from Astra

Location: Manilva in Spain

Nearest Airport: Malaga or Gibraltar (20 Miles) at 60 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 5 Metres
The house is approx 4 miles beyond Estapona and just before Sabinillas. Duchesa is approx 1 mile further, Sotogrande 10 and Gibraltar another 10. It is located in a mature landscaped Urbanisation directly on the beach but including 6 Pools and Tennis Courts. The White Towns of Casares and Manilva are directly inland about 10/15 minutes. The area is surrounded by Golf Courses including Valdarama and is not too built up. Sabanillas is a 4/5 minute walk along the beach and has nice waterfront.

Notes: Our villa offers you the best of both worlds - that quiet location, but with the added peace of mind of 24 hour security. We must stress that this is a quiet location. There are no loud discos/clubs to keep you awake all night! You can find these just 10 minutes drive away at Estepona port or Duchesa Marina. We enjoy 320 days of sunshine per year, hence the villa is ideal for wonderful summers or mild winters, even enjoying the real fireplace which enhances your living room. Marina de Casares enjoys 3km of sandy beach which has been awarded an European Blue Flag for cleanliness and the villa is in a prime position, only a few steps away. There are two marinas 5 and 10 minutes away, with many attractive bars and restaurants together with 4 golf courses close by, including Valderrama and La Duquesa (5 minutes). Gibraltar is only 20 minutes by car, as is Marbella. Satellite system is available by prior arrangement.

Property is right on the beach so is ideal for families with young children
The nearby town is within 10 minutes walking distance partly across the beach. Although not the easiest walk for anyone with walking difficulties the town is also very easily accessed by car. There are lots of restaurants in the town and even more if you want to travel by car to La Duquesa or Estepona.
The property is about 20 + years old and has some rather tired features such as a lack of working window blinds which could be much-needed when it gets very hot down there ,so dont go if you are expecting a brand spanking new house, but it is in very good order, has a good kitchen with all mod cons and ample space inside the house whatever the weather.We thought that the rental rate was very fair for a house in such a brilliant location.
THere is a beautiful roof terrace with a great view of the whole of the beach and even Gibralter in the distance on a clear day.
There are various pools on the development within walking distance.
The situation is very quiet and peaceful and is idyllic in its way.
The owner was very informative and helpful, and it is obviously a much-loved family retreat.The only additions I would suggest would be some detailed information about the area ( which we could not find but think was supposed to be there), some board games etc for kids in case of bad weather , some reading material and rather more towels and pillows. However these are minor matters and do not inetrfere with the enjoyment of the house and area..

Super schönes Objekt direkt am Strand

Vielen Dank für einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem tollen Objekt! Das super saubere Häuschen liegt direkt am Strand. In dem Häuschen ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte und noch mehr. Auf den Bildern kann man genau sehen, was einen Schönes erwartet. Es gibt auch nicht den üblichen bruchgefährdeten Nippes, den man erst zur Seite räumen müßte, sondern alles ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Vermieter ist super freundlich und hat sogar noch Reiseinfos für die Mieter zusammen gestellt.
Aber jetzt nicht alle sofort zu ihm reisen, wir möchten auch noch mal wieder kommen.
