A Spacious Unique Villa in a residential area. This stunning three bedroom (with air conditioning in the bedrooms) villa is full of character, with a private gated entrance and beautiful grounds containing an enchanting ornamental pond, a wonderful swimming pool area with shade for al fresco dining provided by a grand old olive tree and a really fabulous barbecue and “outdoor kitchen”! This spacious family home is approached through an automatic gate and the drive leads to a double garage. Self-catering Villa , sleeps up to 8. On request, can accommodate 8 people. The enclosed grounds, set in 2100 m2 plot, guarantees maximum privacy. Comfortably furnished throughout, the accommodation is on two levels and has open / covered terraces . A few steps down from the lawn gardens is the private pool area with BBQ.

We were in May/June 2009 in this really nice house. It is really describing, is very clean and has everything you need. The motorway nearby is a little loud, but the rest of the property makes up for the little bit of noise. The house is somewhat secluded, but with the car quickly to get everything you want. Peter, the owner, is a very friendly helpful man, who is immediately on the spot when you need it. I would recommend this house my friends at any time.

Away from it all but close enough to the action

We stayed at the villa while the temperatures were over 34 degrees for a fortnight. The large and mature garden provided enough shade and the children (4 and 5 years) were in the pool all day. The house is beautiful and everything you need is there. Peter the owner lives nearby and will make sure that whenever there is a problem it will be solved. There are some large supermarkets within 5 minute drive by car and Fuengirola is only a 10 minutes drive. Outside Fuengirola the are smaller beaches that are great for children. I would surely recommend the villa to my friends, especially the the Dutch ones with small children as there is Dutch satelite TV as well, which means they can sit and watch some TV when they are really tired.
