Luxury 5 bed Detached Villa, Gym, Sauna, Pool etc

One of the most prestigious Villas on the Costa you will want for nothing. Entering through electric gates is a large parking area this also leads down to the garage, entrance through the front door you will be greeted with a 3.5m diameter stainless steel and glass spiral staircase leading up to the 1st floor and down to the basement. Immediately in front of you is the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen where you will be able to relax on some of the finest furniture and listen to music through the Bang & Olefson sound systems or watch TV on the 42' plasma Screen, DVD and Satellite TV, as standard. The sound system can be listened to from the garden and patio areas via garden speakers all under full remote control. Leading out from the lounge is the large south facing sun terrace over looking the swimming pool and garden. To the right of the lounge are two ground floor bedrooms, one which caters for wheelchair access. 1st floor a further 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
