Welcome to Villa “Alegria” which is ideally situated within walking distance of all amenities. Fuengirola is 3 minutes away and the picture village of Mijas 10 minutes by car. The Villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the master bedroom is en-suite and the second bedroom has two single beds. The kitchen is roomy and fully equipped with all the usual appliances. From the kitchen you enter a light and airy living/dining room with two sofas (one a sofa-bed), the dining table seats six. Directly from the living room is a small balcony where you can sit and watch the sun go down. The property is South West facing and has the added advantage of all day sun. The pool area is gated off for childrens safety and can be illuminated for evening entertainment. To make a more enjoyable stay there is also a BBQ and bar. Notes: The villa is suitable for a family with two children or two couples sharing. There is a sofa bed in the living room should you require it. For children access to the pool can be made safe by closing a small gate at top the stairs leading to the pool area, the pool has large curved steps in the shallow end to make access safe and easy. Long term winter rentals are considered. There is also a Sony Playstation available with games (subject to availability)

Hello: You will never be bored during your stay at villa “Alegria” as Andalusia has a so much to offer the visitor. For an insight into the local culture you should try one of the 'Ferias'. They are a lot of fun and an insight into Andalucia culture, each village or town will hold their own during the year, so if you are lucky you should be able to experience one during your stay. The biggest fiesta on the coast is the Malaga Feria held at the beginning of August the local Fuengirola Feria is mid Oct. The local markets are a fantastic place to pick up those holiday gifts, the biggest market on the coast is held every Tuesday in Fuengirola, with some fantastic bargains, with leather goods being a good buy!! I have had my home on the coast for over 12 years, so I am sure I can help with some tips to make your holiday a little more special. So if you are looking for an active holiday or laid back time please do not hesitate to contact me and I can help make you holiday a little more special.

Summer: This is the most popular time on the Coast, with most people coming to Spain for the guaranteed sunshine, the beaches are busy and the night life goes on till the early hours, there are many fantastic restaurants to suit all tastes, the seafood here is a must! For the ladies the shopping will not be a disappointment with all the leading brands available and the shops are open until late!

Winter: The coast becomes the golfers paradise 'Costa del Golf' with over 30 Golf courses within an hour's drive of the villa. Exploring the inland villages is a great day out, a drive thru the 'White villages' is a memorable trip. It’s hard to believe you are only just over 2hrs drive from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada (Granada). The historic town of Ronda is about an hour’s drive and the British enclave of Gibraltar under two hours drive.

We spent 10 days at Allegria and had a ball. Villa was lovely, loads of space for the 4 of us. 3 different terraces and barbie got lots of use. Pool was fab and was cleaned twice while we were there. Our hosts Frank and Step were great.gave us loads of good info and were avalible without crowding us, when ever we needed them. Villa is about 15 minute walk to sea front( all downhill) where there were loads of resturants and bars (Aroma resturant was fab). Some resturants within 3-4 mins walking distance as well as shops etc. We will defo be returning and next time with bigger gang so will take villa baranco next door as well (same owners)
