Welcome to “Villa Baranco” conveniently situated close to Fuengirola, Mijas and Benalmadena This two-bedroom villa has its own pool with ample terraces for sun bathing and entertaining. The villa is tastefully furnished and is Southwest facing getting the sun the whole day. The master bedroom is en-suite the second bedroom has two single beds both rooms are air-conditioned and have fitted wardrobes, the kitchen is modern and has the all the usual appliances, a light and airy living - dining room opens on to a large terrace for outside dining, there is a satelite (ITV, BBC etc)TV,DVD, VDO and a stereo system. The pool is private with steps at the shallow end, the pool area can be closed off with a small gate for children’s safety, There is a large mature garden and a BBQ area with additional table and chairs.

Notes: The Villa is set in a large plot of 750 M2 and fully walled, there is off the street parking and a car port, ample terraces for children to play, and a small grass area at the side of the villa, the BBQ area is on the lower terrace and has additional table and chairs. The pool area can be closed off with a small gate for children’s safety, there is a stairway into the pool at the shallow end (1.3M). From the villa the nearest shops and a good little restaurant, is less than a 10 min walk, (two minutes in a car) there is another group of restaurants (4) about a 15-20 min walk, (A few minutes in a car).

Hello,: You will never be bored during your stay at villa “Baranco” as Andalusia has a so much to offer the visitor. For an insight into the local culture you should try one of the 'Ferias'. They are a lot of fun and an great way to experience the Andalucian culture, each village or town will hold their own during the year, so if you are lucky you should be able to experience one during your stay. The biggest fiesta on the coast is the Malaga Feria held at the beginning of August, the local Fuengirola Feria is mid Oct. The local markets are a fantastic place to pick up those holiday gifts, the biggest market on the coast is held every Tuesday in Fuengirola, with some fantastic bargains, with leather goods being a good buy!! I have had my home on the coast for over 15 years, so I am sure I can help with some tips to make your holiday a little more special, So if you are looking for an active holiday or laid back time please do not hesitate to contact me.

Summer: This is the most popular time on the Coast, with most people coming to Spain for the guaranteed sunshine, the beaches are busy and the night life goes on till the early hours, there are many fantastic restaurants to suite all tastes, the seafood here is a must! For the ladies the shopping will not be a disappointment with all the leading brands available and the shops are open until late!

Winter: The coast becomes the golfers paradise 'Costa del Golf' with over 30 Golf courses within an hours drive of the villa. Exploring the inland villages is a great day out, a drive thru the 'White villages' is a memorable trip. It’s hard to believe you are only just over 2hrs drive from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada (Granada). The historic town of Ronda is about an hour’s drive and the British enclave of Gibraltar under two hours drive.

Other Activities: Go karts, water park, theme park.

We enjoyed everything our vacation espesially our stay at this villa.
Our host were incredibly courteous and helpful.Our favorite part of the Villa was the pool and deck area.The pool was very clear and a pool man comes weekly to clean the pool.Villa is about 5 min ride to the beach and the centre,pretty much everything you need.
All in great location and would recommend the villa for everyone!!!

The pictures don't do the villa justice - it looks much better in the flesh ! Great place for outdoor living with four different sitting areas for either eating or relaxing.

The property was clean, well maintained and the owners provided a great welcome pack and were most helpful.

I would certainly recommend to a friend.
