Hello,:
You will never be bored during your stay at villa “Baranco” as Andalusia has a so much to offer the visitor. For an insight into the local culture you should try one of the 'Ferias'. They are a lot of fun and an great way to experience the Andalucian culture, each village or town will hold their own during the year, so if you are lucky you should be able to experience one during your stay. The biggest fiesta on the coast is the Malaga Feria held at the beginning of August, the local Fuengirola Feria is mid Oct. The local markets are a fantastic place to pick up those holiday gifts, the biggest market on the coast is held every Tuesday in Fuengirola, with some fantastic bargains, with leather goods being a good buy!!

Summer:
This is the most popular time on the Coast, with most people coming to Spain for the guaranteed sunshine, the beaches are busy and the night life goes on till the early hours, there are many fantastic restaurants to suite all tastes, the seafood here is a must! For the ladies the shopping will not be a disappointment with all the leading brands available and the shops are open until late!

The coast becomes the golfers paradise 'Costa del Golf' with over 30 Golf courses within an hours drive of the villa.
Exploring the inland villages is a great day out, a drive thru the 'White villages' is a memorable trip. It’s hard to believe you are only just over 2hrs drive from the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada (Granada).
