The villa has been totally restored to a very high standard with large private gardens, parking with automatic gates, Covered BBQ area, outside several terrace and patio areas for dining/sunbathing,.Illuminated garden at night. Main bedroom has en-suite with Bath and shower etc. 2nd Bedroom has en-suite . Beamed lounge/dining area with open fireplace, French doors leading to large pool, 8 x 4. Tthe property also has an extra upstairs room which can easily be used as a third single bedroom in an emergency! TV, DVD and Satellite. The villa is only a few minutes drive to the White Andalucian Village of Mijas, which is very charming with it¨s winding narrow cobbled streets, it s a typical Pueblo Village with many Authetic Spanish restaurants, artesan shops and cafes, some with breathtaking views, highly recommended for those looking for the more traditional and peaceful place to visit. 2 minutes from the villa there is a local supermarket, chemist and a couple of small restaurants. Bustling Fuengirola is 5 minutes drive, where there are miles of sandy beaches, plenty restaurants and shops to suit all tastes, night-life here has much to offer all age groups. you can do a 'tapas trail' by going from bar to bar sampling the local tapas and vino. Desinger Marbella and Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes drive, again plenty of restaurants and shops. Additional information about rental rates

  • LONG TERM RENTALS THROUGH WINTER MONTHS
    Why not spend a longer period here through the winter period, when temperatures on the Costa del Sol are still on average, over 65 degrees during the day, and daylight hours are from 8 am until 6.30pm. Costa del Sol averages more than 320 days of sunshine per year.
    We would be happy to negotiate a lower rate during the winter months for those wishing a longer rental period.
  • Please note that a minimum booking deposit of 300 Euros is required at the time of booking. The total rental payment is required at least two months before the rental commences. In the case of cancellation at least two months notice is required for the return of any deposits made. On arrival we require a 250 Euro cash deposit held in case of accidental damage. This is refunded after inspection following departure.
  • A week is taken as from Saturday PM to Saturday AM. Please check availability etc for days outside these periods. Thank-you.

GOLF Over 15 local golf courses available within 10 minutes Drive, including LA CALA, CALANOVA, EL CHAPPAREL, MIJAS GOLF, TORREQUEBRADA etc, etc. numerous other famous golf courses, Marbella, Sotogrande, SAN ROQUE are less than 40 minutes drive. SKIING less than 2 hours drive to Sierra Nevada, where normally there is snow from early December until early May. Ski hire available at resort. We can help you if you require further information

Absolutely perfect! Just what we needed to escape to. Really nice villa, lovely pool and garden. Loved the area, we´ll be going again!

Fabulous holiday in a Delightful Charming Villa

We stayed at the villa in April with our young daughter and have to say that in all the years we have been coming to -Spain, this has been our favourite villa we have stayed at.
Although in a very peaceful location, it was everything we were looking for, Mijas village was only a few minutes drive through lovely quiet roads, we just loved Mijas.
The Villa had so much character, it was just delightful, we were very happy and would like to go back next year.
