Notes to the rental rates

• LONG TERM RENTALS THROUGH WINTER MONTHS
  Why not spend a longer period here through the winter period, when temperatures on the Costa del Sol are still on average, over 65 degrees during the day, and daylight hours are from 8 am until 6.30pm. Costa del Sol averages more than 320 days of sunshine per year.
  We would be happy to negotiate a lower rate during the winter months for those wishing a longer rental period.
  SPECIAL OFFER From November 2008 until March 2009 we are offering 2 months for the price of one month (Electric paid separately)
  
• Please note that a minimum booking deposit of 300 Euros is required at the time of booking. A minimum of 50% of the total rental is required at least two months before the rental commences. In the case of cancellation at least two months notice is required for the return of any deposits made. On arrival we require a 250 Euro cash deposit held in case of accidental damage. This is refunded on departure.
  
• A week is taken as from Saturday PM to Saturday AM. Please check availability etc for days outside these periods. Thank-you.

GOLF Over 15 local golf courses available within 10 minutes Drive, including LA CALA, CALANOVA, EL CHAPPAREL, MIJAS GOLF, TORREQUEBRADA etc, etc. numerous other famous golf courses, Marbella, Sotogrande, SAN ROQUE are less than 40 minutes drive.
