Villa Ana is set in the foothills of the 'Sierra de la Grazalema' one of Spain’s most impressive national parks. It offers the peaceful setting of the mountains and countryside but is only five minutes drive from the lovely 'white village' of Ronda. Equipped with all of the modern conveniences as well as antique furniture, mature garden, large private pool. The two terraces are shaded by 100-year old olives trees which are still harvested for their fruit. Ideal for a family of four or five, sleeping up to six people. Terracota tile floors, fireplace, satellite TV with BBC world, CNN, euro sports channels, video, CD player. All of this and some of the finest views in all of Andalusia. A perfect place for parents to relax while the children enjoy the pool or swings. The terraces have a commanding view of both.

Real Spain

The countryside surrounding Ronda is 'real Spain'. There are no discos, fish and chips. There are, however, excellent, authentic, and inexpensive local 'ventas' (family restaurants) within a few minutes drive of the house. Horseback riding can be arranged for guests and with three national parks within 5-15 minutes drive, there are several trails to explore ranging from the easy for a leisurely stroll to the difficult for experienced and equipped trekkers. The area is also a paradise for birdwatchers with an abundance of eagles, falcons and a host of other species.
