Country villa 'Cortijo Martin' is situated in a prime location for those people that love sun, fresh air, amazing views and privacy. This fully detached, 3 levels villa with private swimming pool and 120 sq.m. of terrace is the best countryside scape you can find in the Torrox area. The villa can be rented as a 2 bedroom (sleeps 4) or 3 bedroom property (sleeps 7). In its traditional Spanish style, the villa has been built and decorated to very high standards. It offers full Satellite TV, stereo/CD and an outdoor BBQ. There is an 18 sq.m. swimming pool with 5 sunbeds and shower for those hot days under the Spanish sun. There is a road that takes you to Nerja in 15 minutes. This is a place to go and enjoy peace and tranquillity surrounded by nature and with tons of sunshine. This region, in the eastern part of the province of Malaga, has a total of thirty one whitewashed villages. They nestle on hillsides, perch on mountain tops or are hidden away in deep lush valleys. It enjoys sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean coastline and the mountains of the Sierra Almijra Wildlife Reserve. These mountains, snow capped in winter, dominate the northern part of the province, provide a natural protection from the north winds and mark the boundary between Malaga and Granada.

  • Prices are for the villa as a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property to allow for small families to take advantage of such a fantastic place. For groups of 5 to 7 people we rent the villa as a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. Please send me an email for prices. THE PRICE IN AUGUST IS SET FOR THE VILLAS AS 3-BEDROOM RENTAL for 6 or 7 persons, all other months it can be rented as 2-bedroom for smaller groups.
  • A security deposit is required on arrival to the villa. This deposit will cover small breakages and loss of keys. The security deposit will be returned at the end of your stay.

Notes: All the furniture in the house has been carefully chosen to give the property a rustic and very Spanish style. The villa was finished in 2005 and therefore it is in immaculate condition. There is a very large terrace (120 sq.m.) with BBQ, a lemon tree and amazing views of the mountains. It is a safe area and big enough for children to play and enjoy outdoor meals by the swimming pool which is well maintained and clean.

We (4 of us) Had an Excellent week of lazing around in the sun.

Instructions given to gain access to the property were easy to follow and the drive from Malaga airport is very straight forward.

The property was easily accesible via a rough road but easy to drive.Nerja / Torrox costa are a very short drive away.

I would certainly reccomend this villa for an executive chill out away from it all.It is in very good condition and is kept spotless - including the pool. The views are incredible.
