An easy journey of just over 35 minutes from Malaga Airport takes you to the ideally located coastal village of Torrox Pueblo. Casa Lillotte, is situated in a picturesque hillside setting and enjoys unique panoramic views in all directions - of the sea and the mountains. The village is only a short walk away and boasts many pleasant traditional style Spanish restaurants and tapas bars. There is a beach at Torrox Costa, a few minutes drive, and in just 10 minutes by car you can reach the delightful town of Nerja, and sample its wonderful shops, restaurants and beach.
Facilities - Inside:
Casa Lillotte has 3 luxury bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on two floors providing accommodation for 6 adults + 2 children. Bedroom 1 - The Family Room, situated on the ground floor comprises of two double beds, wardrobe/ceiling fan, adjacent to this room is the down stairs bathroom. Bedroom 2 - The Master bedroom - situated on the first floor comprises of a King Size bed, wardrobe/ceiling fan, an additional feature to this room is that it boasts its own private patio area. Bedroom 3 - The Twin room - situated on the first floor comprises of twin beds and wardrobe. Lounge - You can relax in this comfortable area with its feature wood-burning fire. There is a CD player and satellite TV for your convenience. Dining Area - The Dining table seats 6 and a full range of tableware is provided. Kitchen - A fully equipped modern kitchen provides all you need to cater for any occasion. Appliances include a built-in oven, hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside + Additional Information:
From the spacious terrace you can enjoy the pleasant views while you relax. A private swimming pool (heating available) measuring 8x4 metres is surrounded by an attractive garden. the garden and pool-side patio areas benefit from a dedicated barbecue area with a bar, sink and fridge facilities. A large range of loungers, patio furniture, accessories and lighting provides everything you need to enjoy this area to the full - day or night. You will also find 1 outside shower adjacent to the pool area. There is ample parking outside the Villa.
Additional Information - We require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental price and payment of the balance is required no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. All information is for guidance purposes only.
A weeks rental of Casa Lillotte is based on an arrival time from 17.00 Saturday, to a prompt departure of 10.00am Saturday.
