Furnished and equipped to a high standard the villa offers the ultimate in luxury and relaxation. The lounge, master bedroom and kitchen all open out on to a large partly covered terrace where you can wine and dine or just relax and soak up the sun with a cool refreshing drink! The villa offers peace and tranquillity yet is only a 15 minute drive from Torre Del Mar with it's beach, bars and restaurants. Numerous traditional whitewashed villages surround the Lake and are easily accessible to explore. Villa Maroma, the perfect accomodation and location for the ultimate self catering experience.

Local Attractions/beaches: The Lake offers two excellent restaurants (lake shore setting) swimming, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, canoes. Also available nearby there is horse riding, mountain biking, bird watching and hiking. There are many nearby whitewashed villages to explore, with bars and restaurants serving local dishes including Tapas. Beaches- Torre Del Mar (15 mins), Torrox (20 mins) and Nerja (35 mins)

Golfers !: There are two excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby- Baviera Golf, 15 mins drive, near Torre del Mar, Tel. 952 555 015 and Club Anoreta, 25 mins drive, near Rincon de la Vittoria, Tel. 952 404 000.

Other Attractions: Caves at Nerja (35 mins), Alhambra Palace at Granada, Sierra Nevada (skiing in winter) (90 mins), Marbella and Peurto Banus with there many designer shops, swish bars and exclusive restaurants (75 mins).

Other Activities: Sierra Nevada skiing 90 mins drive. Near to Natural Park (lots of wildlife !)

Villa Maroma is high above Lake Vinuala and has stunning view's accross the valley and beyond. My family (six of us) stayed here for a week in sept 2008. This spacious villa fitted the bill perfectly. The kids were never out of the pool, they didn't want to come home! The master bedroom has an en-suite and in all 3 bedrooms there is ample wardrobes etc. We couldn't fault it really, this is a very nice villa indeed with everything catered for.. You will need a car to reach the villa which is up a steep track 50 yards away from an Indian resturant? Perfect........
Owner's Response: Please note that the steep track is very short and the access to the villa is excellent and only 2 minutes drive from the road.

We have just come back from this lovely villa. It is set in such stunning surroundings that you could just sit and admire the view for hours. The pool was lovely and the villa had everything you needed. Once you had stocked up with food from the nearby shops there was no need to do anything but relax if you wanted to but there are also lots of villages close by and it is not far from the sea. Thoroughly recommended. Our six year old son loved every minute of it!
