This detached spacious villa has 4 bedrooms and full air conditioning. A large lounge containing an open fireplace, dining table, and comfortable settees with Satellite television, DVD, Music Hi Fi, video recorder,videos, + Sony PlayStation+ Wii. A totally equipped large kitchen containing dining table, microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/hob, washing machine, iron. All electricity and services are included in the price. This property is all on one level, and has wheelchair access. The property is self contained with parking inside the gates for 2/3 cars. The large private 10x5m swimming pool surround is fitted with none slip tiles. The lounge doors open out onto the shaded sun terrace containing the outside dining table and barbeque overlooking the pool. There is a mountain road near to the villa which will allow walking up the hills through the Olive groves with beautiful views of the Sierra Tejada mountains, distant mountain villages and the turquoise waters of Lake Vinuela

Nearest Airport: Malaga Airport at 30 Miles
Nearest Motorway: Junction 272 N340 at 4 Miles

This area is set on the edge of the village of Puente Don Manuel, amongst the hills and olive groves, with a backdrop of the Sierra Tejada Mountains. Views across to the other side of lake Vinuela towards the mountain top village of Camares. There are beautiful walks around the lake which can offer non-motorised water sports and fishing. A short ride to the village of Alcaucin will give access to the beautiful local natural park. This area is a couple of minutes away from a main road network which can give fast and easy access to Granada, Malaga, Seville and Cordoba. The property is 15 minutes from the coast town of Torre Del Mar, 40 minutes from Nerja, 60 minutes from Malaga airport and 90 minutes from Granada airport.
