This beautiful 4-Bed south-facing villa is fully furnished, bright and modern with fitted kitchen and very large patio with TABLE TENNIS and BBQ, on its own enclosed site with mature gardens of 800m2 with fruit trees and dappled shade. It has 3 large bedrooms (main ensuite), one small single bedroom, bathroom and large sitting/dining room with south-facing windows and panoramic views over the valley. It has its own private pool in full view of the house (24x12ft) with handrails. This is a private villa complex- Cortijos Romero, with the security of other houses nearby. As this development has matured, surrounding building work is complete. It is a gently sloping development with no high mountain drops and is easily accessible beside an excellent road network, only five minutes from local villages with supermarkets/pharmacy/bank etc. All our guests over the last five years have thoroughly enjoyed their holidays. We have a lovely couple living nearby who look after our villa and guests.

Vinuela is situated 15 minutes from the coast of Torre Del Mar and the large town of Velez-Malaga, 45 minutes from Malaga, and 25 mins from Nerja. The beaches extend the whole length of the coast. The villa is 6 mins walk from Vinuela lake. It is near many white villages such as Periana, Los Romanes, Trapiche, etc. with local restaurants and beautiful mountain ranges. It is easily accessible from excellent road network, five minutes from two villages, one with large supermarket, bank, cash machine, health centre, pharmacy, etc, and 13 min from one of the largest hypermarkets and shopping centres in the region; you can get all your favourite brands here and every type of food imaginable; including McDonald's/Burger King!

Notes: We have installed top of the range air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Bed linen and bathroom towels are changed every Saturday. (please bring own pool towels). Please vacate by 10.00am on day of departure, and arrivals not before 4.00pm to facilitate cleaning. Pool has corner steps with handrail and handrails along every side in pool. Cable TV. Keith and Jan who live several houses away are most helpful. A new Table Tennis table outside on large patio. Open fire in sitting room for cooler weather and electric heaters are provided. Car Hire is from HelleHollis who have a courtesy bus from airport to their car hire company minutes away. You are entitled to a 15% discount as I am a member. Details on booking. As we have had damage to our villa in the past, we are requesting a damage deposit of STG200 on payment of balance which is returned promptly at end of stay.

A new Golf Club has opened approx 15 minutes from the Villa called Baviera Golf (18 holes), (Telephone Spain: 952 555 015). There is another at Caleta de Velez (Torre del Mar) and a third - Club Anoreta (18 holes). (Telephone Spain: 952 404 000) at Rincon de la Victoria (Axarquia). Skiing is 90 minutes away in Granada. The aqua park is 15 mins away and water sports 10 mins away. There is a track around the lake for cycling or walking with artificial beaches and picnic spots with magnificent views. Bicycles can be hired in Vinuela village. You can walk to the lake from the villa - approx 5 minutes. Nerja is 25 minutes away and Torre Del Mar, a lovely tourist village and seafront which stretches for miles is 15 mins away.

There is a picnic area in the nearby mountainous area of Sierra Tejeda.The largest mountain which is visible from the villa, La Maroma, is 2.014 metres high.

Very Relaxing and Secluded

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this villa. The pool was fantastic and we couldn't get the kids out of it! The table tennis was great fun too and provided hours of laughter. The owner provides a lot of information about the surrounding area including nice places to eat and where to shop. Most helpful and made for a great, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
