The villa is double glazed with security blinds, air conditioned and heated throughout and is, therefore, ideal for both summer and winter holidays. There are spacious terraces and a large 10M X 4M HEATED pool for your sole use. Sky TV plus , DVD and HI-FI ensure that you can relax both inside and outside this villa!

Overlooking the beautiful Lake Vinuela, approx 45 mins drive from Malaga and 75 minutes drive from Granada airports and just 20 minutes from the beach at Torre Del Mar or 30 minutes from the resort of Nerja. Villa Axarquia is approx 1km from the village of Los Romanes where there are bars, a good restaurant and the village shop for your everyday needs. For a major shopping trip, the El Ingenio centre is just 15 minutes by car and has a huge hypermarket, dept store and various fashion stores, plus ten pin bowling, restaurants and a multi screen cinema. Granada and the famous Alhambra is an easy 75 minute drive and well worth the effort plus ski-ing in the Sierra Nevada and the resort of Sol y Nieve are 15 minutes from Granada. There are plenty of restaurants around the lake area plus there are 2 golf courses within a short drive. In an idyllic and tranquil location with all modern conveniences and a heated pool, Villa Axarquia is the perfect holiday destination!
