The villa is built to a high standard and is light and airy; it has air conditioning, heating and a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings. It has a private, enclosed garden with a swimming pool and shower, lawn and secure parking area. The house has 2 balconies, (1 shaded), and a large partially shaded roof terrace with spectacular views of the mountains. The bedrooms have 1 king sized bed, 1 double bed and two twin beds and ceiling fans. Two bathrooms have a bath, a shower, a bidet, a washbasin and WC. The third has a shower, washbasin and WC. The large open plan kitchen/dining/sitting room opens onto a large balcony with views over the garden, private swimming pool and surrounding mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped, including - dishwasher and washing machine. The dining area seats 8 -10. The lounge has two sofas, a reclining armchair, assorted chairs, coffee tables and wood burning stove, English, European and Spanish satellite TV’s, DVD and music system.

Casa Las Flores is in Venta Baja, a small village in the foothills of the Sierra Tejeda Mountains, about four minutes drive from the recreation area of the beautiful Lake Vinuela. It is ten miles inland from the coast and the beaches at Torre del Mar. Malaga airport is about a forty five minute drive, and Granada airport about a ninety minute drive. This area, called the Axarquia, is famed for its picturesque white mountain villages. The Alhambra, Gibraltar, Seville, Ronda, Malaga, Marbella, the caves of Nerja, and the ski slopes of Granada are just some of the possible day trips. Golf, cycling, fishing, mountain biking, walking, non motorised water sports on Lake Vinuela, swimming and tennis are all available locally. Local amenities include a small supermarket, many restaurants, a bakery, a video shop, an internet bureau, a hairdresser and a fifty metre swimming pool and paddling pool.

Notes: Although the house is described as 'semi-detached' this only applies to the narrow front entrance that faces on to the village. The major part of the house sits within its own gardens and the properties to either side are set well back and do not affect its privacy. The roof terrace has superb views of the surrounding mountains - an ideal place for a romantic glass of wine under the stars or an evening barbeque. The balcony off the living room is partially shaded and the terrace off the bedrooms is completely shaded. The swimming pool can be entered from large shallow steps at one end, ideal for children and toddlers. There is secure car parking behind the lockable gates of the property.
