This luxurious well equipped villa is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with simply stunning views over Mount Maroma and Lake Vinuela, surrounded in almonds and grapes. The villa is perfect for a getting away from it all holiday and is in a very peaceful location on a plot of over 5000sq m. With over 300 days sunshine a year this villa has it all. A fire and hot and cold air conditioning will ensure an off season break is very comfortable. The villa is just over 15 minutes from the coast & has good access. A number of excellent restaurants are nearby. but with ample terracing and a barbeque area around the private pool you might feel tempted to stay round the villa most nights. the pool has wide steps for easy access and can be light up at night. It is an easy drive to Nerja & other cities like Granada and Seville. The fiestas in the local villages are an experience not to miss.

The villa is on a hillside covered in almond trees facing Lake Vinuela and Mount Maroma and is under 3 minutes from the main road round the lake. Malaga is just 45 minutes away. Lake Vinuela is one of Andalucia's best kept secrets and is unspoilt by mass tourism. The lake is a reservoir and is used for sailing, windsurfing, fishing but no motorised boats, thus ensuring tranquillity. There are two good 18 hole golf courses nearby, Bavaria Golf, 15 mins, and Club Anorets, 25 mins. You can also enjoy skiing in the Sierra Nevada. The nearest beach resort is the typically Spanish resort of Torre del Mar, some 15 minutes away. A wide promenade runs alongside its sandy beach to the marina at Caleta. Nearby is a fabulous shopping complex, El Ingenio with a hypermarket, Eroski, their are dozens of other shops, a cinema, and restaurants. Also nearby is a large water park and go kart track. Nerja, with its famous caves, is 25 minutes away and Marbella and Fuengirola are around 1 1/4 hr drive.

A £150 refundable deposit is payable on arrival for any damage or excessive cleaning required. Bookings are normally available from Saturday to Saturday but we can be flexible.
    The villa is normally available from 4 pm on the arrival day and guests are required to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure. Other arrangements may be made.
