A detached spacious villa built 4 years ago on land purchased from the local farmer, situated just off the main road at the north end of this beautiful lake with its amazing turquoise coloured water and the stunning dramatic backdrop of the Sierra Tejada mountains. Close to 3 restaurants that are extremely popular with locals, and a 15 minute drive from the beaches of Torre Del Mar, this is the ideal location to unwind and relax. The glorious private pool is completely secluded. The villa has 2 double bedrooms (1 en suite), a twin bedroom & further shower room/toilet. Fully fitted kitchen: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, 2 fridges, CD player. Satellite TV provides English channels & there is a DVD player.
