This very Spanish style, three bedroom Villa its own private pool and is situated 15 minutes inland from the coastal town of Torre Del Mar and Velez Malaga and is 40 minutes drive from Malagas airport. The Villa is located beside La Vineula lake and the Spanish village of Puenta Don Manueal. The villa is fully furnished with SKY TV. There are 3 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large sitting room and kitchen with all mod-cons. There are two excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby Bavaria golf 15 min away and Anoreta which is 25 min.

The villa is located in the Cortijos Romero estate in La vinuela, 15 min from Velez Malaga and Torre Del Mar. Malaga is just 45 minutes away. Lake Vinuela is one of Andalusia's best kept secrets and is unspoilt by mass tourism. The lake is a reservoir and is used for sailing, windsurfing, fishing but no motorised boats, thus ensuring tranquility. There are two excellent 18 hole golf courses nearby, Bavaria Golf, 15 mins, and Club Anorets, 25 mins. You can also enjoy skiing in the Sierra Nevada. The nearest beach resort is the Spanish resort of Torre del Mar just over 15 minutes away. A wide promenade runs alongside its sandy beach to the marina at Caleta. Nearby is a fabulous shopping complex, El Ingenio with a hypermarket, Eroski, dozens of other shops, a cinema, and restaurants. Also nearby is a large water park and go kart track. Nerja, with its famous caves is 25 min way.There is a picnic area in the nearby National park which overlooks the mountain range of Sierra Tajeda.
