Just outside the town limits is the boundary of the Sierra del Alcazar Nature Park. The park takes in much of the Alcazar River and the peak of Tajo Fuerte. The closest stretch of beach to an Alcaucin property is just 25km away at Torre del Mar. The long stretch of beach at Torre del Mar is backed with a wide, well designed promenade, which is covered with great bars and fine restaurants.
