Playa d'en Bossa: The busy beach life of Playa d'en Bossa starts a few minutes walk along the shore from the apartment or you can laze beside the private pool in the lush gardens. The bars, cafes and restaurants of Playa d'en Bossa and all the shops you will need are also within walking distance. For the clubbers Bora Bora and Space are 10 minutes walk away.
After a hot day or a long night you will really welcome the peacefulness and luxury of the apartment. Everything about it is first class. If you like staying in top hotels, this apartment offers you the same standard.
Exploring Ibiza: Ibiza Town takes only 10mins by car so it really is the obvious trip from the apartment in the evening for the variety of its bar life, restaurants, late night shops and people-watching. In Ibiza Town you will see a fantastic mix of people from all over the world really enjoying themselves. The atmosphere in the evening is fantastic, a far cry from the Ibiza that attracted bad publicity years back, and it is a treat to meander through the little windy pedestrian only streets, looking at all the fashionable shops and eating-places. The centerpiece is the medieval walled city, a World Heritage site, with its ancient cobbled streets and pavement restaurants. A walk around the ramparts gives magnificent views.
You will really appreciate renting a car to visit the many different beaches Ibiza has to offer, from family beaches to wild Aguas Blancas in the North East, the style setting Cala Jondhal and the incomparable Salinas Beach.
Other things.... : Exploring the island by car is always fun, though if you can afford it, renting a boat to take you round the coastline is even better. There are diving and snorkeling trips available too, and for those so inclined a couple of horse-riding schools on the island will take you on a trek, and, for those wanting to sample the island's hippie soul, a yoga retreat that can be booked for single sessions.
Highly recommended is a day (or more) trip to Formentera. You can catch the boat from the pier a few minutes from the apartment, that will bring you back in the early evening. If you thought Ibiza's beaches are good, try the connoisseur's beach at Platja ses Illetes on the north of Formentera. Or rent a scooter and just buzz around this unspoilt island for a few hours. Those who know say it's a famous bird sanctuary.
