A contemporary, 3 bed luxury, apartment with fabulous ocean view.
This luxury, 3 bed apartment has fabulous views of the ocean and beach. It is situated in Bossa Beach on the Figueretes side of Ibiza town. Furnished in a modern contemporary style the spacious lounge has cable TV and a DVD player that also plays CD's. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has a video phone entry system, marble flooring and marble fitted bathrooms. The large master suite has a king size bed with it's own en-suite shower and bathroom. The 2 remaining bedrooms are both good size twins. All bedrooms have great ocean views with their own window shutters, ideal for those late mornings or afternoon siestas. There is a further bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board. The terrace has a comfortable seating area as well as a dining table seating 6 to 8 people, making it possible to dine to the sound of the ocean waves lapping on to the shore below. There is also a private pool and beautiful gardens.

This lovely, brand new property is directly on the beach, in Ibiza town, in an area between Figueretes and Playa den Bossa. There is a shuttle ferry port 300 metres away with regular ferrys, every 30 minutes, to Dalt Villa. The airport is only 10 minutes by taxi which costs around 8 euros. The apartment is handily placed for the airport, Salinas beach or the Dalt Vila itself. There are many quality restaurants, a variety of bars and without doubt the best nightclubs in the world, all just a short taxi ride away. The beach life and people watching is some of the best in the world. There are many sides to this magical island and there is much to see and explore. The apartment is perfectly situated to take full advantage of Ibiza's unique nightlife, shopping, the wonderful Mediterranean climate and not forgetting the fabulous beaches.

If you would like to reserve the apartment then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable six weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.
There are two ways the deposit can be paid, either by bank transfer or via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system. Use of the PayPal method carries an additional 2.5% cost but it does mean the payment can be made from the comfort of your own home over the internet. Most banks require a transfer to a foreign account to be done in your branch. They also have a charge for doing this. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal please let us know and we'll issue you with a request. To transfer larger sums PayPal does require you to become a verified member. This process can take a few days and we are happy to hold the booking in the meantime.

The private, infinity pool is surrounded by a high quality glass screen and a tropical garden. Note, no apartment in Ibiza has its own private pool. However due to the extremely high value of these apartments and the fact that very few owners rent, even in the high season there is never more than around 20 people using the pool. The lift takes you to your front door and you enter into a very spacious lounge and dining area. |
