Luxury 2 bed apartment with swimming pool located in the exclusive Marina Botafoch area. Stylish, contemporary interior, fully integrated hot/cold air conditioning system and good size terrace with views. One double and one twin bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine. There is also a flat screen TV with surround sound and DVD player which plays CD's. At the end of the street is the beach of Talamanca. A 2mns walk brings you to the Marina which offers all kind of boutiques, exclusive restaurants, bars and pubs. Pacha is at 5mns walking distance - Hotel Pacha at 2mns - and the new 5 stars Gran Hotel & Casino at 3mns. The 5 minute shuttle ferry to the old town is also nearby. There is also private parking available.(please ask). All bed linen and towels provided. Cheapest rates in area.

i have stayed here twice now and will be booking again,the apartment is ideal for those who want to get away from the san an side of things ,it's located a short walk from talamanca ,has pacha and el devino a few mins away and is beautifully furnished ,with everything you could possibly want ,it is spotlessly clean
you don't need a car as the ferry to ibiza town runs every 15 mins or so ,it;s also quite a pleasant walk and only takes about 10 mins ,on the marina there are lots of cafe and restaurants also a supermarket ,the balcony gets the evening sun and has terrific views
all in all this place is a home from home ,great for short or long stays and i'd recommend it to anyone

I just returned from spending NYE in Ibiza at this apartment.

It was just as advertised and in a perfect location for everything we wanted.

We had good communication between the owner in the UK who was very helpful in giving us info about the island during winter.

My girlfriend had only one complaint ,that there was no full length mirror in the apartment but im sure the owner will rectify this :)

We will definatley be bookin again for this summer!!!
