This lovely one bedroom apartment is directly on the beach, not far from Ibiza town. The comfortable lounge is furnished in a modern and contemporary style and includes two sofa beds. In the lounge is a TV with DVD that also plays CD's. Walk from the lounge, through the sliding glass doors and onto the terrace with its views of the hills. The terrace also has dining for four people, perfect for a meal at any time of the day. The bedroom has a double bed and has plenty of storage in the built-in wardrobes. The bathroom has both a bath and power shower and the kitchen contains everything you'd need to both cook and eat the perfect meal. The property is fully air-conditioned throughout, has a buzzer intercom system and a washing machine. Freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided.

Notes to the rental rates

• If you would like to reserve the apartment then we'd require an advance deposit of 50%. This can either be paid in full straight away or you can pay 20% now with the remaining 30% of the deposit payable six weeks before arrival. The balance is then payable either 2 weeks prior to, or on, arrival.
  There are two ways the deposit can be paid, either by bank transfer or via PayPal, a safe and secure online payment system. Use of the PayPal method carries an additional 2.5% cost but it does mean the payment can be made from the comfort of your own home over the internet. Most banks require a transfer to a foreign account to be done in your branch. They also have a charge for doing this. If you would prefer to pay via PayPal please let us know and we'll issue you with a request. To transfer larger sums PayPal does require you to become a verified member. This process can take a few days and we are happy to hold the booking in the meantime.
