Penthouse 3 bed luxury beach apartment near Ibiza Town
This new luxurious 3 bedroom penthouse apartment overlooks Bossa beach. To compliment the view of the beach, the apartment has a roof terrace as well as a large terrace, which also looks over, both the pool, the exotic gardens and the beach. There is a private gate to the beach, which can only be accessed by Bossa Sol residents. The apartment is also only 10 minutes walk, to Ibiza town. The stylish lounge (which is off the terrace) has satellite TV, DVD and CD system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine. The apartment is fully air conditioned and access can be gained via the telephone entry system. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. The other two double bedrooms also have use of a second bathroom with full facilities.
