Luxurious apartment in a high standing residential at the Marina of Ibiza. 4 double bedrooms (1 en suite), 2 bathrooms, very large living-room (45m2) nicely decorated with big TV, Music and DVD, kitchen with all equipment (dish-washer also) and electro domestics, laundry room with washing machine and clothes-dryer iron and board: There is also a terrace with sea-view and the swimming pools (1 very big and another one for children) on the 4th floor also with sea-views. The beach of Talamanca is downstairs and inside the Marina are lot of restaurants, bar, pub, exclusive boutiques and supermarkets. Pacha is at 5mns walk. You can reach Ibiza Town within 15mn walk and there is at the Marina un little ferry to Ibiza Harbour. No car is needed. This apartment is perfect to enjoy a comfortable family or friends holiday.
