With its own private entrance from the road, you enter an enclosed extra large teak decked Terrace, furnished with stylish patio furniture, ideal for entertaining. Located in the stylish and sophisticated Marina Botafoch with its restaurants, bars and boutiques frequented by celebrities. There is also the beautiful secluded Bay of Talamanca, where beach cafe restaurants are busy and well priced. Night Clubs of Pacha, El Divino are a short walk away. No need to drive into Ibiza Town to enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere, a small ferry sails between Marina Botafoch and Ibiza Town every 15min, or take a 25 minute walk around the bay.

  • The rental period is from Sat to Sat 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
    A €1,000 or its equivalent, inventory and breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakage.
    Linen provided. Maid service once a week.

There is a large communal swimming pool and small pool for children. As this is a privately owned block of apartments, it is quiet and the pool is never overcrowded. There is a wonderful view of the beach below and of Ibiza from the pool area.

Apartment very tired, below standard for the price. Bathrooms very poor, cutlery & crockery not as would have expected. The only good thing I could say way the location. I would have been very unhappy if we had paid the full price. As we supposedly paid a reducted price, it at least made it more acceptable. Not to our usual standard.
