A 10 minute taxi ride from Ibiza airport takes you to the secluded village of Talamanca with its fabulous white sandy beach and turquoise sea. This first floor apartment is in a pretty, new building, superbly situated just 50 metres from the beach and within walking distance of Ibiza town. The luxury apartment is brand new with 3 double bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen and two bathrooms, including a jacuzzi bath. The light, spacious living room opens onto a large sun terrace (40m2) with fantastic views across the bay. There is a friendly family bistro next door, a laundry room for guest use and a small supermarket close by. Along the beach are sun-beds for hire and a choice of restaurants offering home cooked paella, fresh fish and pizza. This beautiful beach is an excellent location for those wanting to be away from it all whilst only being 15 minutes walk from the luxury yacht harbour, Marina Botafoch and the historic town of Ibiza.

Ibiza Island: This island is one of the most beautiful and least spoilt islands in the Mediterranean and is known as the 'Isla Blanca' which literally means 'White Island'. It has the most fabulous long white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and superb cuisine. Even if you come here at the height of the season, you need only venture a few miles inland or along the coast to discover tranquil, unspoilt countryside and secluded coves and beaches where the pace of life continues as it has for centuries, blissfully unaware of the cosmopolitan life carrying on in the centre.

Ibiza Town: Ibiza Town really is the most fascinating part of the island, day or night. Here you will see, in glorious living colour, a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous. You can stroll through the windy lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, evening atmosphere; wander up through the cobbled streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied stalls and designer shops; dine in an excellent choice of restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action, you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches. No matter what your age, nationality, interest or sex, the fairytale architecture of D'Alt Vila, Europe's most ancient fortress city, perched high on the summit, will captivate you.

Places to visit: San Antonio, on the other side of the island remains the nightlife capital. But Ibiza offers so much more, the superb family resorts to the North and East, present a total contrast to their lively neighbour. Even the coastline offers incredible variety, from the long sandy beaches of Playa d’en Bossa in the South to the rocky coves and crystal waters of Portinatx in the north. Travel into the heart of the Island and traditional country-life is still very evident among the pretty villages.

The apartment is really lovely and spacious and well positioned. Great Airconditioning and really well equiped with everything you can think of - well except a hairdryer ladies. The location is inbetween the Hotel Simbad and Hotel Playa Real, both have pools but the Hotel Playa Real has the better pool which is child friendly and the hotel had no problem with use as we bought drinks and ice creams. The beach is a stones throw away from the apartment and you can see the sea from the balcony. The area where the apartment is very quiet with 2 supermarkets (one with a gift shop) and one dress shop. The port of Talamanca is a lovely walk along the beach and there you can get little boats to Ibiza Town from where you can get to lots of other resorts and Formentera.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didnt want to come home.

this apartament is ok because is clean , perfect for six person and it have a wonderful terrance with talamanca sea view...
i hope return early...
