A 10 minute taxi ride from Ibiza airport takes you to the secluded village of Talamanca with its fabulous white sandy beach and turquoise sea. This first floor apartment is in a pretty, new building, superbly situated just 50 metres from the beach and within walking distance of Ibiza town. The luxury apartment is brand new with 3 double bedrooms, fully fitted kitchen and two bathrooms, including a jacuzzi bath. The light, spacious living room opens onto a large sun terrace (40m2) with fantastic views across the bay. There is a friendly family bistro next door, a laundry room for guest use and a small supermarket close by. Along the beach are sun-beds for hire and a choice of restaurants offering home cooked paella, fresh fish and pizza. This beautiful beach is an excellent location for those wanting to be away from it all whilst only being 15 minutes walk from the luxury yacht harbour, Marina Botafoch and the historic town of Ibiza.

This building has a lift and the surrounding area is flat. The stereo system is connected to the tv and can play DVDs. There is an ironing board and iron. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the communal laundry room which guests may use. Check-in time is from 2pm on day of arrival and check-out time is by 11am on the day of departure. Special arrangements can be made if you ask at time of booking and if we can accommodate your specific request.

Ibiza Island

This island is one of the most beautiful and least spoilt islands in the Mediterranean and is known as the 'Isla Blanca' which literally means 'White Island'. It has the most fabulous long white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and superb cuisine. Ibiza Town

Ibiza Town really is the most fascinating part of the island, day or night. Here you will see, in glorious living colour, a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous. You can stroll through the windy lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, evening atmosphere; wander up through the cobbled streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied stalls and designer shops; dine in an excellent choice of restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action, you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches. No matter what your age, nationality, interest or sex, the fairytale architecture of D'Alt Vila, Europe's most ancient fortress city, perched high on the summit, will captivate you.

Places to visit

San Antonio, on the other side of the island remains the nightlife capital. But Ibiza offers so much more, the superb family resorts to the North and East, present a total contrast to their lively neighbour. Even the coastline offers incredible variety, from the long sandy beaches of Playa d’en Bossa in the South to the rocky coves and crystal waters of Portinatx in the north. Travel into the heart of the Island and traditional country-life is still very evident among the pretty villages.
