Ground floor 2 double bedroom, air conditioned apartment with beautiful sea view. Situated in a high quality residential complex with direct access to the shoreline, in Cala de Bou, San Antonio Bay. The garden leads down to the sea and the raised terrace is perfect for enjoying stunning sunsets. On the other side, there is a large well maintained pool, children's pool and gardens. Relaxing evenings can be spent watching the boats and yachts returning to San Antonio Harbour while the sun goes down. The apartment is comfortable and has good 'home from home' facilities and equipment. Most of the apartments within the complex are lived in by their owners whom make up a cosmopolitan mixture of nationalities which creates a good friendly atmosphere. The complex is externally gated, secure and well maintained with an underground parking space. It will suit guests seeking a relaxing quality environment as a base from which to enjoy Ibiza's diverse cultural and social activities

Cala de Bou is about 3 km along San Antonio Bay from San Antonio Town. Nearby landmarks are the Hotel Milard, Kumharas 'chill out' Sunset bar and Boucala Restaurant. Bus and watertaxi services are within a short walking distance. There are numerous beaches and shops in the area. Ibiza Airport is about 20 km distant.

This apartment is the quiet side of San Antonio Bay, and is quiet, right on the sea, and well placed to see the islands fabulous sunsets from the patio, which is on the seafront. Very clean, well appointed, and easy to find. Brilliant if you've got kids, since there is one of the world's nicest swimming pools only meters away from the other side. All in all absolutely to be recommended, and good value too.

Our stay in Ibiza, Cala de Bou was wonderful, not least because we found this great and very reasonably priced apartment.
The description was pretty accurate and there was no disappointment on arrival.
The apartment was in a nice condition and had just been cleaned.

The location of the property allowed easy access to the other side of San Antonio bay, which is where the hottest night life is on the island. There are also good shops and restaurants on both sides of the bay.

Lizzy the owner was very helpful and provided us with every thing we needed to make the holiday go as smoothly as possible.
I would recommend this property.
