The apartment is on the edge of Santa Eulalia and is approx. a 3 minute walk to the Beach ,Marina,and Town,it is situated on the coast of the island, 2 miles south west of Es Cana, 9 miles north-east of Ibiza City ,and is a 30 Euro taxi ride from the airport. Backed by pine-covered hills, in a semicircular bay next to the only river in the Balearic Islands. The town centre has a charming central square that leads to the seafront promenade through a palm-lined avenue. The town beach is flanked with many restaurants & bars to keep you happy & refreshed, whilst the centre is sprinkled with pretty cafes to chill out in. You'll also find an excellent choice of sandy beaches around the town offering an array of watersports such as sailing, windsurfing, pedalos, jet skiing. Night-life here is low key, so simply while away the evening at one of the pavement Bars and Restaurants Ideal for families & couples or ferry/taxi /or bus it into Ibiza City for all night discos & people watching

Notes to the rental rates

  • Although we are nice people to deal with ...we have set out below the conditions of rental to avoid any misunderstandings at a later date.
    YOU CAN EITHER PAY IN FULL and providing we have a minimum of 4 weeks notice of cancellation the full amount is refunded providing we can fill the cancellation and if not then we will reserve the right to deduct 250 pounds from the whole amount or you can pay a £250 (non re-fundable) deposit on booking and the remaining balance to be paid to us no later than 6 weeks prior to departure.
    A £200 security deposit is required with the final payment & is fully refundable within 1 week after departure once the apartment has been checked and left in a similar state to how you found it and the keys returned. Because the keys are not ordinary keys,if the keys are not returned, the owners reserve the right to charge for having to change the main lock and having new keys made
  • Check in is 15.00 hours onwards and check out is 11am on the morning you leave.
    Please note this is a quality, (mostly privately owned) complex of apartments and clients must be considerate in not making excessive noise .

Please note: There is a modern lift available; The balcony is very large and there is a wall appox. 3 feet high and rails surrounding it; The benefit is that there is always a sea breeze to blow throughout the apartment, therefore keeping it cool but if you are concerned about your children climbing on or over the wall then this would not be suitable as the apartment is on the 2nd floor; There are many inexpensive internet cafes in Santa Eulalia; There is a return ferry service to the pretty island of Formentera every day from the port; And a hourly service to Ibiza town, Es Canar and Cala Llonga

We have had lots of nice emails and comments from people staying in our apartment,I have to say that (so far touch wood) the people staying have been very respectfull and taken care of the apartment during there stay and seem to have had a great holiday,enjoying Ibiza and Santa Eulalia,this is partly due to the excellent management of the houskeeper and cleaner which we think is the most important aspect of making a family's stay enjoyable.
A great help to the holidaymakers is the holiday-rentals web site which is arguably the best site on the internet for property rental as it enables people to see what there getting and the availability in a couple of minutes.
