Photos and Description of this Santa Eulalia holiday apartment Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with communal gardens, pool.

The beautiful apartment has 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living / dining room and a large private veranda. The kitchen opens on to the dining area. It is equipped with a cooker and oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, plates cups, glasses etc. 1 of the bedrooms has a double bed, the other 2 have 2 large single beds each. (2 of the bedrooms have direct access t o the veranda). Two complete bathrooms, each with full bath, shower, sink, toilet and bidet are situated close to the bedrooms. The large veranda has wonderful views to the sea, islands, hills and the resort. There is also a stunning private communal green garden with swimming pools, shower and other facilities. Close by there is a doctor's surgery, several bars and restaurants. Over the road is a supermarket. The clean crescent shaped, child-friendly beach of light sand, sloping gently to the sea, is less than 2 minutes' walk. There are several other beautiful beaches close by.

The apartment is only a few hundred meters from the famous Es Canar 'Hippy market', held very Wednesday. Es Cana is 2 miles from the elegant town of Santa Eulalia, with plenty of good shops, more restaurants and bars. Also close by is the peaceful rural village of San Carlos. Exciting concerts almost several nights a week at Las Dalias Restaurant, near San Carlos, as well as amazing craft markets every Saturday. Beaches within walking distance include Es Canar, Cala Nova, Cala Llenya, Cala Martina, and Cala Pada. There are buses and taxis that take you all over the island, as well as a lovely road train several times a day with tour guide for special excursions around the island. From here you can catch boats to Formentera.

  • Please note rentals for November, December, January, February, March and April, gas and electricity will be charged as used, on top of the rentals. Please ask.
    Please add £40 final cleaning fee. A deposit of £100 is required. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, if nothing has been broken or damaged.
    A refundable deposit of £35 per set of keys is also required. This is returned at the end of the rental when the keys are returned. We reserve the right to keep the key deposit in case of lost keys.

Fantastic Holiday!!

1st time to Ibiza, and was not disapointed. In fact, Es Cana has gone straight up there on our list of favourite places and you could not have had a better Apartment in the resort. Was even nicer than I had expected and wow....what a huge veranda, and excellent views. From start to end, Rick and Emma made us very welcome, great communication and a huge thank you for arranging transport back to airport.
Es Cana itself is a delightful mix of Spanish and English, great food, entertainment and a fabulous beach, very safe for children and those who dont like to go too far out in the Sea. Harbour was still busy with boats coming and going, although on this occasion we decided just to chill out on the beach in Es Cana every day, or use the Apartments 2 very clean pools.....lovely after a bit sun bathing and for October it was exceptionally sunny and hot!!
Its a great place for the young, old, or singles, local people make you feel very welcome.
Cant wait to go back, my partner and I (we are both in our 40'S) agree this is by far the best holiday we have had in a very long time and only wish we had the time to stay for 2 weeks. We actually feel like we have a holiday this year. So missing my daily dose of Sangria at the Bar on the beach and late night Jacaranda cocktails....Jacaranda Beach Lounge such a unique place to chill and it is just across the road from the Apartment.
Hoping to get something arranged for next year, to include my mam who is 62 and would love it, and our 21 year old daughter and friend, who are just Ibiza mad.
Again a huge thank you to Rick and Emma for giving us the opportunity of staying in their very spacious Apartment.

Great Apartment with excellent location and views

We stayed here mid June 2009 and were delighted with the help and information from the owners before and during our visit; informative e-mails, helpful advice and collecting us from the town centre all helped our independent travel plans run smoothly! The apartment itself is spacious, clean and very comfortable, and proved a great base for our stay in particular, the private communal pool was delightful in the afternoons, warm and quiet! We made use of the beach equipment provided by the owners, sparing us cost and space in Ryanair's somewhat limited allowance!
Es Cana itself is quite charming, mixing English themed restaurants with more traditional local food in a good balance. There is plenty of evening entertainment to be found around the resort, with plenty for all age groups. Don't be afraid to go to the hotel bars, as they are happy for the custom.
We look forward to returning again next year !

This was our first time on the island and as ever with a young family that made us a little nervous. That said Richard and Emma could not have been more helpful with background info and the directions to the apartment were clear . The apartment was as advertised, meticulously clean and had plenty of space -the balcony was outstanding with views all over the bay of Es Cana.The town itself is very pretty with many bars and restaraunts although that was somewhat tempered by the time of year which meant that many were not actually open yet. Although everything was within easy reach from the apartment we had hired a car so took the opportunity to see a lot of what is a beautiful island -good beaches all over and friendly helpful people in the main. All in all a good relaxing break where we saw some sunshine -although the weather lived up to it's reputation of being highly changeable at that time of year.

We went in October 2008 and enjoyed it that much that we have booked to go again in October 2009, we can't wait.

Spacious apartment, great views and lovely pool area the kids had a wonderful time and Es Cana is a lovely resort with some great restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful owner would highly recommend a stay.

spotlessly clean, spacious apartment and building. fantastic pool and gardens. description accurate, owner provided excellent friendly service, would recommend to anyone wanting relaxing beach holiday. we went in october, had great weather and quiet relaxing holiday, we were aged 12 to 79 and many ages in between and all enjoyed it.
