Rental Terms.
The rental period is variable, 14.00 on the day of arrival through to 10.00 am on departure day, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals.
A €1,000 or its equivalent, inventory and breakage deposit is payable in cash on arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakages. Linen provided Maid service once a week.
