Can Rafalet is an charming, authentic old farm house set in its own grounds, on a hill with views to the bay of San Antonio in the north and the Atalaia range in the south. It has 3 double bedrooms,1 with an en-suite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms, another complete bathroom and a separate toilet. The large lounge/dinning-room has a fireplace, satellite TV, ADSL, DVD and CD player. The spacious kitchen has a large table for 10, dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster microwave oven.....ect and a walk in lader. Next to the kitchen is an outside toilet/shower and the washing machine. The pool, sun terraces and the BBQ are at the front of the house and have a wonderful view to San Antonio bay. There is a covered dinning area outside that looks on to the garden. The house is surrounded by peaceful virgin countryside and is at the end of a 'camino' so there is no passing traffic. Parking area at the villa. A very recommendable villa for family holidays.
