A nice & charming country house in a rural area, absolutely quiet, 3km from the artists village Santa Gertrudis with famous local bars & restaurants. Unspoiled nature surrounds the house with views into open landscape. The cosmopolitan capital Ibiza town is 10km, Santa Eulalia with the English community is 5km. Situated in the centre of the island all beaches can be reached in 10 – 15 minutes. The finca stands in an exotic garden, everything is lush & green. Ideal for nature loving people.

A discount can be offered for block bookings of 3 weeks or more. Off season block bookings are negotiable, please contact me for more information. Damage/security deposit (500€)to paid with deposit 50%, the remainder is payable on arrival.

Lets are Saturday to Saturday with a minimum stay of 2 weeks. The house must be vacated by 11am on day of departure.

| Notes: | Dining area is under a 100 year old fig tree, the garden is full of fruit trees, orange, grapefruit, lime, mandarin, apple, banana, quince, peach, fig & avocados & grapes. The water is from the fincas own well which is pumped into an open water deposit offering a cool swim during the heat of the day. The house is of a very simple & local design (finca) decorated in traditional white with an abundance of art & objects of interest. The house is comfortable & intimate, a complete 'get away from it all' experience. |

The garden is in excess of 200m2, feel free to help yourself to the fruit, vegetables & fresh herbs, one stipulation however is that the guests must water the garden (15 minutes!) There is a BBQ, hammock in the shade of the fig tree, absolutely no plastic furniture. A small area for afternoon tea & watching the sunset. The owner's favourite beaches are Benirras, Aguas Blancas, Salinas & EsCavallet are all within easy reach. The owner can also take you on a country excursion in his Land Rover.
Motor Yacht
A 20m luxury motor yacht is available for rent on a daily/weekly basis. It sleeps 5 & accommodates 10 day guests & is ideal for visiting the beautiful island of Formentura.
