Luxury, stylish and ultra modern THREE and TWO bedroom apartments, situated in a new, impressive residential complex , walking distance to Marina Botafoc and Talamanca beach. Flats are furnished in contemporary 'Conran' style where every detail has been thought of, to provide comfort and truly stylish accommodation. The residential complex 'Ibiza Nueva' is considered one of the best on the island, situated in the prestigious area of Paseo Maritimo, just few minutes on foot from famous yacht harbour, Marina Botafoc, and it's numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques and local shops. World famous discoteques Pacha and El Divino are minutes away, so are well known Pacha Hotel, Ocean Drive, El Corso and Hotel Argos. Talamanca beach, one of the trendiest and closest to Ibiza town is few minutes away. Communal parts of the building are equally impressive, there is a large swimming pool, small one for children surrounded by wooden decking and immaculate gardens.

Master bedroom is furnished with a large double bed, fitted cherry wood wardrobes and access to the terrace via sliding doors. Second bedroom has a double bed, third bedroom is arranged as twin, having two single beds. Bathrooms are modern, fitted with latest designer equippment. State of the art kitchen with all necessary machines and equppment, mostly Smegg. Marble flooring throughout the flat. Airconditioning hot and cold. Electric window shutters. PLasma TV, DVD, i pod speakers and a good selection of movies and books in english. Communal swimming pool and gardens. Secure parking.

Paseo Maritimo and Marina Botafoc are considered the most prestigious and upmarket areas in Ibiza, liked by people with refine taste. Famous discoteques Pacha, El Divno and Keeper are few minutes away walking distance. Well known bar/restaurant 'Cafe Sydney, a meeting place for locals and trendy tourists, a place to see and be seen...is just 3 minutes away.Ibiza Town is a short distance by car, walking distance is 15 minutes, along the promenade of Paseo Maritimo. Transport facilities are excellent, taxi rank is nearby, easy access to all parts of the insland by car. Probably the best way to travel in busy summer months is by a local ferry-a freindly, not expensive and very pleasant sea ride of approximately 10 minutes, that connects Marina Botafoc to Ibiza Town.

Accommodation: These apartments are truly special, ultra modern, furnished in fresh, contemporary style. A 5 star apartments with accent on luxury as well as comfort and practicality. Flats are equipped with everything one might need being away from home.

Location: Paseo Maritimo of Ibiza and Marina Botafoc are considered to be the best and most upmarket parts of Ibiza, suitable for people with refine taste. There are few well equipped local shops where one can buy a day to day supply. A large supermarket is few minutes away by car. There are many good restaurants, such as Il Giardinetto, La Raspa, Hoetl Pacha, El Divino, Madrigal...Probably the most popular of all is Cafe Sydney, a meeting point for locals as well as tourists, a place to see and be seen.

There is a 24 hour security guards on duty, there are security cameras installed in front of every block as well as in communal parts of this up market residential building.

This is a brand new residential complex, we do not have any quotes yet- However, we are sure that whoever desides to stay in our lovely apartments would only say the best.
We pride ourselves in high standards we offer as well as dedicated service we provide for our guests.
No wonder that majority of our guests come to our properties year after year.
