State of the art kitchen with all necessary machines and equppment, mostly Smegg. Marble flooring throughout the flat. Airconditioning hot and cold. Electric window shutters. PLasma TV, DVD, i pod speakers and a good selection of movies and books in english. Communal swimming pool and gardens. Secure parking.

Location is fantastic, close to numerous restaurants, bars, boutiques and local shops. Paseo Maritimo of Ibiza and Marina Botafoc are considered to be the best and most upmarket parts of Ibiza, suitable for people with refine taste. There are few well equipped local shops where one can buy a day to day supply. A large supermarket is few minutes away by car. There are many good restaurants, such as Il Giardinetto, La Raspa, Hoetl Pacha, El Divino, Madrigal...Probably the most popular of all is Cafe Sydney, a meeting point for locals as well as tourists, a place to see and be seen.
There is a 24 hour security guards on duty, there are security cameras installed in front of every block as well as in communal parts of this up market residential building.
