The famous architect Ervin Broner who designed Casapenya at the end of the sixties brought the most important twentieth-century contribution to the whole island’s architectural heritage. But he selected the most genuine place of the island, Sa Penya, for building his own house and several others, because of its original and rare atmosphere.
