The house is situated in San Antonio Bay, popular with all age groups. The resort its self has a wide variety of bars and restaurants, and San Antonio Town is a short taxi journey away. The house is set back from the main road, and is only 5 mins walk away from the beach, and directly opposite Kumarahs famous sun set cafe. No car is necessary as all major facilities are just moments away.

A 500 Euro / 384 pounds security deposit is require at the time of booking. The actual rental cost can be paid one month before you are due to arrive in Ibiza. Please note that the property will not be available until after 3pm on the day of your arrival, and needs to be vacated at 12 noon on the day of departure. During high season, July and August are change over days are Saturdays.
