Located in hills near Es Cubells, just minutes from the famous rock of Es Vedra (15km from Ibiza & 10 km from the airport), Can Jordi is a modern Ibizan luxury property built for the rental market. The villa is newly renovated in 2006 and caters for families (child friendly) or a large group of friends with a mix of twin and double rooms. This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa offers first class living facilities with views over rural Ibiza and the Mediterranean in the distance. The outdoor living terrace of over 80m2 has elevated views of the dramatic Ibizcan country side and the ocean. The large rectangular swimming pool with large teak sunbathing deck drops beyond the edge of the section will leave feeling in Paradise. The villa is equipped with WiFi internet, Plasma TV/DVD, stereo and air conditioning. The house is decorated in a minimalist style with touches of Moroccan and French decor. The villa is located in on the side of a hill facing west, so in the summer you get the sun all day and late in the evening with great sun sets. The villa is located on a plot of 20,000m2 of land with few neighbors so quiet and plenty of privacy. Only 2km from the villa is a supermarket and one of the Islands better known Italian restaurants. Slightly further down the same road is the villa of es Cubells with shops and restaurants. Only 2 minutes drive from the villa is the beach of Cala D'Hort with 3 beach restaurants and the famous rock of es Vedra.

  • The Rental Period is from SUNDAY to SUNDAY 16.00 on the day of arrival through to 10am on the day of departure, this is necessary to allow for cleaning and preparation for arrivals. The equivalent of 1,000 pounds inventory and breakage deposit is payable by cheque paid 4 weeks prior to arrival to protect against possible damage to the property and is refundable in full subject to there being no damage or breakage. Linen and towels provided. Please contact owners for rates outside of above dates.

The other two remaining bedrooms are located on the ground floor and both have large en-suite bathrooms and have a separate entrance for friends or guests who wish to have the extra privacy.

We stayed at Can Jordi in summer 2008 for 2 weeks.
We booked through the holiday rentals site and got in touch the owner. We found the description and photos of the villa were spot on. The owner has a very good knowledge of the island and a top class concierge service who booked us into the best restaurants and organised a fantastic day out on a boat for my wife's birthday. The villa was kid safe which was high on our list. It was clean and well maintained with very attentive staff. i woudl definately recommend this villa to my friends!
