The villa is located in on the side of a hill facing west, so in the summer you get the sun all day and late in the evening with great sun sets. The villa is located on a plot of 20,000m2 of land with few neighbors so quiet and plenty of privacy. Only 2km from the villa is a supermarket and one of the Islands better known Italian restaurants. Slightly further down the same road is the villa of es Cubells with shops and restaurants. Only 2 minutes drive from the villa is the beach of Cala D'Hort with 3 beach restaurants and the famous rock of es Vedra.
