| Notes: | The kitchen has had a complete renovation and refit. The house is set into approx 2500m2 of rural land and the garden is one you would probably expect from a house so close to the sea. It is looked after and has a natural/rustic look, filled with the plants that grow naturally on the island (rosemary, lavender, fennel and of course pine trees!). There are flower and cactus beds around the house and the pool that are also well looked after. With such a pleasant patio area and the lovely beach so close it is unlikely you will use the garden itself too much, but it is safe and children will have lots of fun exploring it and finding snails, geckos and so on. We have found that in the age of mobile phones, Blackberries, iPhones and so on, less and less clients require an Internet service. However, if you do require this please request it at the booking stage for confirmation. Thank you |
Ibiza Island:-
This island is one of the most beautiful and least spoilt in all Mediterranean and known as the 'Isla Blanca' which means 'White Island'. Certainly, the nightlife is there if you want it, but it should also be noted that Ibiza also offers glorious beaches, turquoise waters, fine cuisine and superb accommodation. Even if you come here at the height of the club season, you need only venture a few miles inland or along the coast to discover tranquil, unspoilt countryside and secluded coves and beaches where the pace of life continues as it has for centuries, blissfully unaware of the hurly burly elsewhere. Ibiza is small in size but large in atmosphere.
Ibiza can be outrageous, and the nightly promotions and fashion parades and hedonistic evenings always raise a few eyebrows. But Ibiza also offers so much more, the superb family resorts to the North and East, present a total contrast to their lively neighbours. Even the coastline offers incredible variety, from the long sandy beaches of Es Cavallet and Salinas in the South to the rocky coves and crystal waters of Portinatx in the north. Travel into the heart of the Island and traditional country-life is still very evident, apparently undisturbed by the arrival of tourism.
Ibiza Town:-
Ibiza Town really is the most fascinating part of the island, day or night. Here you will see, in glorious living colour, a concentration of all the attractions and eccentricities which have made Ibiza world famous. You can stroll through the old cobbled lanes of the Port area, soaking up the vibrant, evening atmosphere; wander up through the winding streets of the Old Town to admire the stunning views across the bay; browse through the many and varied market stalls and designer shops; dine in an excellent choice of restaurants, for a moment of blissful calm amidst the action, you can even catch a ferry to Formentera or the neighbouring beaches. No matter what your age, nationality, interest or sex, the fairytale architecture of D'Alt Vila, Europe's most ancient fortress city, perched high on the summit, will captivate you.
Other Activities sailing, scuba-diving, beach volley, football pitches, basketball
