This charming and recently refurbished villa over 2 levels is situated on a 1 acre terraced plot of pine trees in the small residential enclave of Cala Moli, south west Ibiza. It boasts 6 bedrooms (4 doubles, 2 twins) , 4 bath/shower rooms (3 of which are ensuite) ,a very large 15 metre swimming pool , terraces and an Indonesian teak gazebo chill out area. The grounds contain principally pine trees, local wild plants and palm trees. The villa also has a private parking area. 4 of the bedrooms are situated in the main villa. There are 2 'guest' bedrooms situated below the main terrace/pool. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes. There is also a barbecue area with a dining table and seating for 10 outside the living room. Cala Moli is well situated quiet neighbourhood benefiting from beautiful sunsets and easy access to local beaches. It is 3kms from Cala Vedella (one of the finest beaches on the island) and 8 km from San Jose. The local supermarket is a 3 minute drive away
