This modern villa, Casa Bella Vista, is situated on a hillside with beautiful views over the bay of Cala Salada and the surrounding pine forested hills. Every bedroom has a terrace which has breathtaking views of the sun setting over the sea. The bedrooms all have air-conditioning. The kitchen and living room are open plan with the living room opening out onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the bay of Cala Salada, perfect for chilling out, with a gentle sea breeze and views of the boats sailing by. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, clothes dryer and dishwasher. There is one shower room with twin wash basins and one bathroom with shower and twin wash basins. Two of the bedrooms open out onto the poolside which again has stunning views of the sea. The other two bedrooms open out onto a shared balcony with views overlooking the pool and sea. The pool is of a very good size and is for sole use of the guests.

  • 50% of the rental fee due at the time of booking, this is non-refundable.
    The remaining 50% to be paid 6 weeks before arrival date.
    A £700 (UK pound) security deposit will be required when final instalment is paid. This will be refunded in full within 14 days upon guests return subject to satisfactory property inspection.
    All payments accepted by bank transfer.
  • There is a Property Manager who will look after any guests needs and will visit at least once a week to ensure everything is satisfactory.
  • PLEASE NOTE: The Villa is situated in a quiet residential area so is only suited to families and professional groups, not those wishing to play loud music.

A perfect holiday!

6 friends and I stayed at this stunning villa in June 2009 and had a brilliant time. The location is ideal as it is a cheap and easy taxi ride into San Antonio, yet far enough away to be able to truly relax in the secluded and stunning surroundings. The pictures really do not do that awe-inspiring sunset justice!!
The owner and caretaker were very friendly and helpful with any local knowledge you needed. We arrived at midnight and so found the welcome pack very useful.
The facilities are all you could ask for. All the rooms are clean, comfortable and refreshingly cool after a day in the sun. We especially enjoyed the huge pool and the gas BBQ.
Thank you for a highly memorable holiday. I can’t recommend this place enough!

What a place!!

I stayed here for a week with 6 friends and we had the most amazing time. The villa was spacious, superbly maintained and the pictures truely do not do the views justice. Being away from the centre of San Antonio was perfect as it meant we had the choice of chilling by the pool and having a BBQ with the stunning sunset views, or catching a 5 minute taxi into town to enjoy the lively Ibiza nightlife. Taxis were easy to find and so we saw lots of the island when we were relaxing in the sun by the pool. I highly recommend the short walk down to the beautiful beach at Cala Salada just down the road from the villa. This really is a fantastic villa that I would recommend to anyone, young or old.

A must if you are heading to Ibiza!

The pictures of this villa do not do it justice, our jaws dropped as we walked through the door. It is spacious, well equipped, modern, clean and the sunset view is spectacular. The local beach offers clear waters although a car is needed to enhance your stay on this Island. The owner was extremely efficient when booking our stay and he also welcomed us with some essential goodies on arrival. His management team were also very helpful. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and recommend it to you all.

My friends and I spent a week during August in this fabulous villa. The villa is very spacious and impeccably presented. There is plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the sunshine and the odd barbeque, as well as a sizeable pool. The utilities are modern and the villa is equipped to a high standard which made for a very comfortable stay. The views are as good as the photos suggest and a small pretty beach is within walking distance. I would recommend a car for convenient travel to San Antonio and the nearest large supermarket though.
The owner provided a friendly and reliable service throughout. The villa provides an ideal space to relax while also offering a convenient base to explore the beaches and nightlife of the island.

A fantastic villa

What a villa! me and my 4 friends stayed there recently, and we had such a relaxing and comfortable stay. The house lived up to its name with a gorgeous view of the sunset and the pool was big enough for us all to relax in. The air con was a great relief and the welcome pack provided by the owner, who was friendly and very helpful, was excellent to have when we arrived. We intend to go back next year!
