  • The villa is available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and we ask that you vacate the property at 12 noon on the day of your departure.
  • In order to secure your booking we ask that you pay a 500 euro security deposit. The deposit will be returned to you in full at the end of your stay should no breakages or damage occur. The actual rental charge is due no later than one month before you are due to arrive in Ibiza. A 500 euro cancellation fee will be charge for any cancellations once a booking has been finalised.
