This beautiful villa is spectacularly located in the unspoilt north of the island. It is nestled into the mountainside of Cap Negres bay with the mountain top two thousand metres above, and the Mediterranean sea 50 metres below. The villa is totally private with the nearest neighbour 100 metres away. All rooms and the private swimming pool have sweeping terraces with breathtaking views right across the Mediterranean to Majorca. The villa shares a private beach with crystal clear water that is ideal for swimming, scuba and snorkeling. Facilities within the villa include a large living area with satellite TV, video, DVD, hi-fi, and plush sofas. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and all modern electrical appliances. All 4 double bedrooms have glass doors that soak up the amazing views and open onto terraces that lead directly to the private swimming pool. The villa is perfect for a family holiday

Location: San Vicente in Spain

Nearest Airport: Ibiza at 35 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Ibiza at 28 Kilometres
Nearest Beach: beach at 200.0 Metres

The area around the villa is totally rural - a mixture of protected pine forests, dotted with farms and fincas. There are numerous small coves, some sandy, some stony, some used only by the local fishermen (like Ses Calletes - a beautiful tiny cove about 1 mile away). The villa is accessed via a private road and is very private and very quiet. There is no road noise or background noise whatsoever, the nearest neighbour is about 100 metres away. Despite it's very private location, the villa is only 8 minutes by car from Cala St Vicente, probably the friendliest and safest beach for families in Ibiza. All of the best restaurants in Ibiza are located close by in the north-west corner of the island, including Cala Mastella, Balafia, and Cardamon Club.

Both of these bedrooms sleep two people in extra-large super-king sized double beds. Bedroom 3 has views of the sunrise and North-East coast and sleeps two people in single beds that can be kept apart or pushed together to make a very large double bed. Bedroom 4 looks out over the pool, the sunset and the North-West coast and sleeps two people in single beds that can be kept apart or pushed together to make a very large double bed. There is also a beautiful double-size Balinese day-bed on the terrace.

Notes: The villa has an extensive collection of books and DVD's, so there is no need to bring your own! The villa does not have broadband, but free wifi is avalable either at Casa Luna, the local cafe and restaurant at the bottom of the mountain, or at a couple of other cafes in Cala St Vicente about 8 minutes away by car. Please note that we ONLY rent the villa to families. We do not let the villa to large groups of singles or party groups.

We had a wonderful holiday. First day was wonderful, a couple of days of not so nice and then great weather towards the end of the week again.

We did all have a lovely time relaxing in the villa, it was such a beautiful location. In fact, on one more active night when we’d been out in Ibiza Town, we got back in the early hours of the morning and the cab driver got out and remarked on how he’d been driving for 18 years on the island and never seen anywhere so beautiful!
Owner's Response: The villa really is located in a unique position on the island, and its wonderful to see that the beauty of the area inspires even the locals!

' Fantastic property in a very secluded spot on the North eastern coast..really comfortable both inside and out with a massive pool..Still find Ibiza very quick to get around so although out of the way was not isolated from life ..great restaurants in nearby villages and we were well looked after by the concierge and she kindly sent back something we left behind. Would recommend to anyone who likes the sound of the sea.'
